Dr. Ted and Kathleen Raddell
Dr. Ted W. Raddell has been married to his wife, Kathleen, for thirty-six years and they have been blessed with five children and six grandchildren.
After a lengthy career in Nursing, Kathleen now serves as the Special Events Coordinator for Notre Dame schools in the Advancement Department.
Ted is the Staff Psychologist for St. Mary and Borromeo Seminaries where he provides coaching in human formation. In addition, he provides counseling for priests of the Cleveland Diocese. He is a Health Psychologist, Professional Coach, and Relationship Expert. His mission is to make organizations, marriages, and families stronger, more successful and satisfying. He has worked as a Counseling Psychologist at Lake Hospital Systems, Progressive Insurance, and the Cleveland Clinic.
With over 30 years of experience in behavioral health and wellness, Dr. Raddell has become a sought-after professional speaker and trainer. He has designed and conducted numerous programs to help people lead healthier, happier lives, including the Marital Health Treatment Program at the Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Raddell is the author of The Making of a Mindful Marriage: Mindfulness for Christian Couples.
