Keynote Speakers
Dr. Andrew and Sarah Swafford are both former collegiate athletes who found Jesus Christ in a powerful way in college and have devoted their lives to sharing the joy of his truth ever since. They speak frequently across the country (as well as in Europe, Australia, and the Philippines) on dating, marriage, the moral and spiritual life, and Sacred Scripture. Sarah is the author of Emotional Virtue: A Guide to Drama-free Relationships and Andrew is professor of theology at Benedictine College. He is general editor and contributor to the Great Adventure Catholic Bible. Among his other publications are What We Believe: The Beauty of the Catholic Faith and Ascension’s Bible studies on Romans and Hebrews. Andrew and Sarah live in Atchison, KS with their five children (age 16 to 3).

Elvis and Lori Grbac
Elvis Grbac grew up in Willoughby Hills and graduated from St. Joseph High School before taking his talent to Ann Arbor where he went on to play quarterback for the University of Michigan under Coach Bo Schembechler and then his successor Gary Moeller. Following a record setting college career at Michigan, he was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in 1993 and went on to play 9 seasons in the NFL. Throughout the span of his football career, Grbac received many accolades and recognition including an AFC West title, Pro Bowl appearance, and Super Bowl XXIX Championship.
Elvis now lives in Chagrin Falls, where he and his wife Lori have three children. He’s also currently working towards his Masters in Theology at St. Mary’s Seminary. Elvis and Lori are parishioners at the Cathedral of Saint John and are working together at a small residential cleaning company called The Cleaning Authority of Solon.
Deacon Mike and Francine Costantini
Deacon Mike Costantini and his wife Francine have been married for 27 years and have 3 children. Francine is the director of Youth Ministry for the Diocese of Cleveland, and Deacon Mike works as a software sales manager for IBM. Their oldest, Diana, is a Catholic school teacher in the Archdiocese of Detroit. Their second, Matthew, is a Sophomore at Borromeo Seminary where he continues to discern a vocation to the priesthood. Their youngest, Christopher, is a talented drummer and high school senior.
Dr. Ted Raddell
Dr. Ted Raddell completed his Doctorate from the University of Akron in 1994. He has worked as a Counseling Psychologist at Lake Hospital Systems, Progressive Insurance and the Cleveland Clinic. With 30 years of experience in behavioral health and wellness, he has become a sought-after professional speaker. He has designed and conducted numerous programs to help people lead healthier, happier lives including the Marital Health Treatment Program at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Raddell currently serves as a Counseling Psychologist at the Cleveland Clinic. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. One of his greatest passions over the past twenty-five years has been working with couples in marital therapy. Due to the demand for his services, Dr. Raddell created the Marital Health Treatment Program in which he does intensive training in mindfulness meditation and relationship enhancement with couples who wish to strengthen their marriages. He is the author of the book The Making of a Mindful Marriage Mindfulness for Christian Couples
Dr. Raddell has been married to his wife, Kathleen, for over thirty years and they have been blessed with five children and four grandchildren. Dr. Raddell and his family belong to Ss. Robert & William Parish. He is an active member of his Men’s Group at church as well as an avid hiker, sailor, and soccer player. He is an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist, consultant and trainer. His long-standing interest in the integration of Catholic spirituality and psychotherapy led to his position as Psychologist and Life-Coach engaged in the human formation of the seminarians of the Diocese of Cleveland. In addition, he provides counseling to the priests of the diocese.
